Problem
The Duet was entering a hyper-competitive rental market flooded with massive, amenity-heavy high-rises. To stand out, the brand needed to look premium and sophisticated without relying on over-the-top, flashy luxury tropes. The real challenge was capturing a boutique, intimate residential experience that felt highly approachable yet exclusive, all while making sure the design translated beautifully across both digital screens and physical, on-site signage.
Solution
I created a visual system rooted in balance and intentional contrast—pairing clean, modern lines with rich, moody tones to mirror the building's architecture and lifestyle. By focusing on restraint and clarity instead of fleeting trends, the resulting brand identity feels incredibly confident and composed. It gives The Duet a distinct, upscale voice that cuts through the market clutter and instantly connects with the modern urban renter.
